I was hoping to make a few of your dishes when I go home to San Francisco for Easter. Is there any way you can tell me your ingredients for the cilantro vinaigrette that you put on the Chicano Chicken Salad? And I think the brown rice and lentil dish is made by cooking both the rice and lentils in chicken broth, then quickly roasting grape tomatoes in oil, maybe a little sauteed onion and tossing. Am I close? I have gotten to the point where I no longer want to eat at other places anymore. I’ve given up Wood Ranch, CPK, pretty much everywhere. I either want you to have made it, or I make it at home myself. You’ve inspired me to cook again. Can’t wait to plant my summer garden so I can have the best ingredients for your dishes.

You guys HIT it out of the park!!! The guys LOVED the food and the entire experience had them buzzing. Tremendous. All the items were unique and delicious. My guest were taking left over tacos home on their planes to the East. Last of the guys left today and just received a text a few hours ago from one about how much he enjoyed having tacos on the plane.
One thing I’d probably do differently in future is not have so much food or invite more people. The quantities were so over the top the guys were feeling like they were under siege (in a good way) and begging for mercy:)) This is a weekend long Football party and I try to wow them every step of the way and Alberto and Squeaks did just that.
The guys were so stuffed (me included) and they just kept showing up to assault us with the next dish. It was so good you just had to keep eating. I’d highly recommend Chef Rock Rolls. Thanks so much!

Mark and I can’t thank you, Alberto and your wonderful staff enough for all you did! I have received so many emails, texts and phone calls about what a great time everyone had! The flowers were beautiful. The service and the food were unbelievable and everyone loved the signature cocktail. The bar tender was a great addition. I would highly recommend him with a party of that size. You were absolutely correct when you said no one would leave hungry!! A couple people were hoping to say good-bye to the Chef…I’m guessing those were the people hanging out by the truck. 🙂
As far as concerns, suggestions and/or problems, we have none. It really was the perfect party. Several people took business cards on their way out. I’m hoping you get a few referrals from the party.
